16 and 17 JUNE 2018 - 10.30 AM COOKING LAB OF CACCIUCCO 5C
The16th or the 17th June at 10.30 am a special cooking lab of Cacciucco 5c with the chfs of Associazione Cuochi Livornesi. Event promoted by Slow Food Livorno.
The participants will learn how to cook Cacciucco 5 C, with a special attention to the other ingredients like bread, offered by Tenuta Bellavista Insuese. Than will make a free visit of Acquario di livorno and than a tasting moment of the Cacciucco cooked during the lab, together with a glass of wine offered by Mulini di Segalari, with Fisar Delegazione Livorno Sommelier.
Cost per person Euro 35,00 (Euro 30,00 for SlowFood, Fisar and ACL ) The cooking lab lasts from 10.30 am to 2pm.
