Iguana

On the first floor of the new area dedicated to insects, amphibians and reptiles it is possible to admire a wonderful example of iguana.

This animal lives in the coastal forests of South America, where you can often see hanging on branches exposed to the sun.

Almost exclusively vegetarian, the iguana eats flowers and leaves he can find easily on the branches where he spends most part of the day.
