Office are open from Monday to Wednesday 8.30am to 1pm and 2 pm-4.30 pm / Thursday and friday 8.30am to 12.30 am - Closed during weekends.

It is suggested to print the ticket or download it on your mobile to show at the ticket office.
If you have aGroupon, Groupalia ticket you can use it during opening days if the ticket is still valid.

Acquario di Livorno management reserves to partially or fully close the Acquario in case of technical problems that would preclude the safety of visitors. The last entry is allowed 1hour before the closing time of the structure.
