The general conditions described below regulate the relations between Costa Edutainment (hereinafter referred to as CE), the company providing the online ticketing service, and the users of this service.

Art. 1 - OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The service provided by CE has as its object the provision of information relating to the entrances to the Livorno Aquarium as well as the possibility for users to book and purchase entrance tickets to the Livorno Aquarium. This service is provided through the website www.acquariodilivorno.it
Art. 2 - HOW TO BOOK AND PURCHASE TICKETS
To book and purchase tickets, you must complete the on-line form prepared by CE in all its mandatory parts. We kindly ask you to read the provisions protecting your privacy. Ticket availability is subject to change until the transaction is successfully completed. The purchase of tickets is completed by completing the form and making the payment. It is possible to purchase multiple tickets with a single transaction.
Art. 3 - METHOD OF PAYMENT OF TICKETS
Payment can only be made by VISA credit card and Master Card following the provisions illustrated in the procedures described online.
Art. 4 - METHOD OF ACQUISITION OF TICKETS
At the end of the payment by credit card, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent with attached the "Order Confirmation with the ticket attached" valid for accessing the Livorno Aquarium.

Art. 5 - PRICES AND VALIDITY OF TICKETS
Access to the Livorno Aquarium is regulated by "time slots" lasting half an hour. The prices and validity of the Livorno Aquarium tickets are specified during the purchase procedure. The Aquarium of Livorno ticket sales system uses a platform whose peculiarity consists in making the access prices to the structure dynamic. For children <1 meter, it is necessary to collect the entrance ticket to the structure directly at the ticket office.
This means that the prices presented during the purchase procedure undergo a change in the face value, at the sole discretion of CE, according to some variables: high / low season, entry time slot, climatic conditions by way of example and not exhaustive.
These changes occur on a daily basis and during the night and concern FIXED DATE tickets. It is understood that for each completed purchase, it may always happen that the same fixed date security purchased at a certain price for a certain entry date may undergo downward or upward variations during the night following the purchase date by virtue of the aforementioned variables. . It is noted that the price displayed at the time of purchase is the best possible at the time of the purchase itself.
OPEN tickets “are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase” and will have a unique and defined value. There will be no price changes according to the variables defined above, except for periodic price list changes.
Art. 6 - TICKET MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION AND REQUEST FOR REFUND
The FIXED DATE online ticket is in no way refundable and cannot be combined with other promotions. The date cannot be changed for any reason.
The OPEN ticket is non-refundable.
Art. 7 - COMPLIANCE WITH THE DATE OF ADMISSION TO THE AQUARIUM OF LIVORNO
The date chosen for the visit to the Livorno Aquarium must be respected. It will therefore not be possible to access the Livorno Aquarium on a date other than that indicated in the ticket itself. The Livorno Aquarium can be visited within the validity of the ticket.
Art. 8 - APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION OF BELONGING AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
These terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, are governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. Despite what is said about the jurisdiction, a natural person who uses any of our services for a use that can be considered unrelated to his professional activity (hereinafter also referred to as "consumer") can invoke the laws in force in the country in question. where he has his habitual residence. Any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions and from our services must be presented exclusively to the competent courts of Genoa (or Riccione registered office?). Notwithstanding the aforementioned jurisdiction clause, a consumer can also lodge an appeal in a court of the country in which he is domiciled, while an appeal against a consumer can only be lodged in the courts of the country in which he is domiciled. In the event that any of the clauses of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, become invalid, or become non-binding, you will continue to abide by all other clauses set forth herein.
